I tried to do a down perspective... didn't work AT ALL, so I linearted it all wispy-like. Colored it wispy-like too.

The outfit is probably wrong, too.... but sprites are so hard to draw from. XD''' And it'd been a couple hours since I saw the sprite when I did this. I need to learn to use reference.
